NBSC takes part in the 2022 Partner’s Summit of ILCDB
Manolo Fortich Bukidnon – The Northern Bukidnon State College (NBSC) took part in the ICT Literacy and Competency Development Bureau (ILCDB) Partner’s Summit 2022 on November 29, 2022 at the Grand Caprice Convention Center, Limketkai, Lapasan, Cagayan de Oro City. The conference bore the theme, “Exploring Issues and Challenges through Discovering and Recalibrating Solutions in the ICT Sector”.
The summit was attended by the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) provincial officials, state universities and colleges (SUCs), local universities and colleges (LUCs), partners in the National Government Agencies (NGAs), and private organizations. NBSC was represented by Mr. Benzar Glen S. Grepon, Information and Management Office Director, and Mr. Aldwin Lester M. Martinez, Head of the Procurement Office.
Ms. Alanisha D. Macagaan of DICT delivered the overview of the ILCDB and its core divisions and projects. Focal Lead of the ILCDB Core, Engr. Rosemarie G. Emano presented a brief summary of the suggested areas for collaboration.
The event included a manifestation support and awarding session for the institutional partners of the DICT Region 10 ILCDB Project. NBSC was one of the awardees during the ceremony in recognition of its involvement as a partner institution with the agency.
